Jeff Ma maybe better known to you as Kevin Lewis from the book “Bringing Down the House” – one of my favorite books.
If you haven’t read the book, Jeff Ma is a genius who has an amazing ability to exploit an opportunity when he sees one.
He’s turned his attention away from counting cards and to Facebook. He is starting a company that allows users to run a fantasy football league through Facebook. I’ll bet he hits the jackpot with this idea.
I’ve recently discovered the power of Facebook as I’m using it to plan my high school reunion. My entire class reunion will be planned through the use of Facebook. They’ll be no mailings or anything.
Through Facebook, I’m able to easily find and mass communicate with my former classmates.
I believe that online marketing is the way to go for all businesses and in my opinion nothing comes close to the power of Facebook.
I have this blog, a Linked In profile, something I don’t use on myspace, and a Facebook page. For marketing purposes, if I could only do one of these things, it would be Facebook and I wouldn’t hesitate to make such a decision.
For a long time, I thought Facebook was something for kids but it’s not. If you’re a lawyer and you don’t have a profile – I suggest getting one. You’ll be amazed at how many people you can quickly reconnect with through the click of a mouse.
