Garcia v. Cohen

Plaintiff was injured when she fell on the stairs of her aparment. She lost at trial and her appeal was denied becuse of the general verdict rule. Supreme Court held the general verdict rule did not apply because she made every reasonable effort to avoid it by requesting interrogatories at trial.
