Biography
Claire Stermer is the Director of Human Resources at Claggett, Sykes & Garza, where she leads HR and operational initiatives that support the firm’s people, compliance framework, and business goals. Her role spans the full employee lifecycle, policy governance, and data-driven systems designed to enhance efficiency, culture, and retention. From studying theater abroad in Berlin, Germany and later earning her JD, Claire brings a blend of creativity, adaptability, and legal acumen to the firm.
