Sean Claggett is a partner of Claggett, Sykes, and Garza and the founding partner of its sister firm, Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers, based in Las Vegas, NV. Sean has earned a national reputation as a trial attorney who handles high-stakes litigation. He is atrial lawyer and boasts a track record that includes nationwide record-setting verdicts. In 2017, he was named Nevada Trial Attorney of the Year by the Nevada Justice Association, and he was the lead counsel on a case that is believed to be the largest single-plaintiff sexual abuse verdict in the country’s history ($485 million).
