Resolve if Possible

We make all reasonable attempts to resolve a case without filing a lawsuit, and many of our cases do resolve outside of court. We tell your story to the insurance company by sharing the information we’ve gathered during the investigation phase. We promptly relay any and all settlement offers to you. We will consider the possibility of a pre-suit mediation and discuss all options of alternative dispute resolution with you.
